Hair Life Cycle and How Many Hair Falls is “Normal”

How do you know that the falling hairs are natural phenomenon or the sign of baldness?  It is not possible at all when you are not home.  Most people will not keep counting the hairs fall and that life will be so stressful to keep worried about hair falls.  Don’t just wonder; check it out now what is your hair life span and how many falls per day can lead to baldness.

New hair will grow very vicious cycle like a tree. Hair lifespan is about 3 years before it will be taken to stop the growth phase.  Technically, there are 3 periods of hair growth, Anagen, Catagen and Telogen.  They are defined by age, food intake, hormones and heredity.  Growing period will be shorter when we get older and the rate of loss per day will be more.
