Myth of Hair and Health

If you think the inside-out effect is true.  You may try to guess many things from what you see on your head.  It is certain that your hair can tell you something about your health, however, there are something else that can affect your body and reflect on your hair. Normal Dandruff is White, Yellow is What!
If the dandruff flakes on your shoulder are oily and yellow, you may have seborrheic dermatitis. It's an inflammatory skin condition that can happen where there are lots of oil glands, such as the scalp and face. Though seborrheic dermatitis is associated to hormones, fungus, and even some neurological problems, it's treated with anti-dandruff shampoos , the same as dandruff.  You may need a prescription steroid or antifungal medicine for severe cases

White Flakes Show No Health Risk
Certainly, dandruff isn't contagious. Even doctors aren't sure how do you get it. But one theory is that it may be due to an overgrowth of a fungus. Other possible triggers include skin that's either too dry or too greasy, shampooing either too often or not often enough, and having eczema or psoriasis. While it's annoying, itching and troublesome for your beauty - dandruff isn't harmful.

Dandruff Treatment Tip
To reduce the buildup of dandruff's dead skin cells, you can try using an anti-dandruff shampoo daily. Leave shampoo on for 5 minutes or as described on the label, then rinse it through roughly. You may need to try several dandruff shampoos to find one that works best for you. If one stops working, try another. If that doesn't improve, see your doctor.

More Hair Fall More Than You Know
It's not an absolute measure, but some researchers estimate that we may shed up to 100 or more hairs a day. That's not health alarm, nor does it mean you're going bald. About 90% of your 100,000 hair follicles are growing at periodic time. The other 10% are in a resting phase called telogen, and the hair falls out after about 2 to 3 months. Then it's replaced by new hair, and the growth cycle starts over again.

You should notice your hair if there are something wrong with it.  But don't get obsessed.  In this case, obcession does not make things better.  On the contrary, that can cause stress which is one of the reasons of hair loss as we call "stress hair loss".  Before going out, you should check if you alreay know myth of hair loss.
