Keep Your Hair Thick and Money Safe

Guess how much you pay for pampering your hairs and treating hair loss per month.  Before you spend money for any special hair treatment, why do not you try these hair beauty tips to keep you hair healthy and shiny, and off course, to less risk of hair loss

Skip Styles that Damage Hair
You may want to update fashion and be cool.  But…tight ponytails and braids can break off hair and damage the hair follicle or even cause scaring hair loss. Continuous pulling can even lead to hair loss. Extensions add weight to the hair and also put pressure on the follicle. Also, be aware that wet hair is more fragile, so you shouldn't put your hair in braids or a ponytail while it's wet. If you really love decorating your hairs, dermatologists recommend wearing extensions for no more than three months.

Treat Dandruff with Oils is X
Dandruff is caused by inflammatory process that affects the scalp, not that it is caused by a dry scalp. Rubbing oil into the scalp can make the inflammation worse and result in more unsightly white flakes. That's why medicated shampoos – either over-the-counter or from a dermatologist – can best treat dandruff.  So, avoid using oils as dandruff treatment and be sure to rinse medicated shampoos thoroughly.

Eat Fish and Nuts for Omega-3 and Healthy Hair
The protein and omega-3 fatty acids in salmon and nuts produce a healthier scalp. Nutrients found in leafy vegetables, beans, carrots and pumpkin are also good for your hair, providing necessary vitamins and minerals that are good for your body as well as promoting stronger, healthier hair and thicker hair. Don’t get quick weight loss and beware of fad diets. Deficiency of some nutrients, such as zinc, iron, biotin, or protein, can lead to brittle hair and hair loss.  Remember that healthy food is healthy hair and there are many sources of hair nutritious foods for thicker and shiner hairs beisdes fish oils and nuts.

Don't Let Brand Steal Your Wallet?
If you are a type of those who concern efficiency and productivity as first priority, you have to ask yourself whether what you are really getting for extra money spent on special hair product treatments.  They may contain natural botanicals, but that may not mean better options. Consumer Reports tested products on 1,700 ponytail samples and found that the more expensive shampoos didn't perform better than cheaper ones.   Important thing is choose shampoos and conditioners designed for your hair type, such as those for oily, fine, or color-treated hair.

This concept aims to fulfill our needs level but may not give us what we want.  If you can afford the brand names and it makes you feel good, nothing to worry. This may not be good for your wallet but it may be good for your mood.
