stress and tension and relieve tight muscles in the neck and shoulders
Relaxation techniques : Meditation, deep breathing exercises,
progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, and relaxation to music are easy
and great for headache and migraine relief.
Yoga : Light exercise in the morning
20-30 minutes is good for health in overall.
Dietary : Salt can intrigue high
blood pressure. High blood pressure is related with tension. Reduced or totally
eliminated salt from the diet. Avoid hot and spicy foods. This is an advice from Ayurveda medicines.
